I was swapping comments with ~GarretIssacs and offered to phtomanipulate their Green Eye photo-manipulation.

So I took a look at the links and was like "WOW!" :wow: (because they're pretty haha) and seeing as my computer had not been installed of my Photoshop Elements 5.0 I quickly got it out to get this manipulated! (Heh, I love manipulating eye close-ups! That's just something that'll never change with me.)

I MAINLY used the original titled "Her Eye", a photograph taken by ~GarretIssacs, but I also combined the manipulation a bit too.

Hey no problem, I usually turn layers in my photoshop into things like screen, overlay, multiply, pin-light and color dodge. The screen and pin-light I think are what makes it brighter. And color dodge gives it more vibrance. Kay, I hope that helps ;)
